Björn Frantzén and Jon Hillgren are two of Sweden’s most discerning pioneers who have both put Sweden on the world map in the fields of food and drink. Björn Frantzén, with his two three-Michelin-star restaurants, is unique both internationally and domestically, with Restaurant Frantzén being the first and only restaurant in Sweden to be awarded three stars in the legendary Michelin Guide. Jon Hillgren founded Sweden’s first gin distillery, Hernö Gin, which today is a leader in the domestic market and recognized as the world’s most-awarded gin distillery.
Their first collaboration, Én Gin, reflects their shared passion for Nordic flavors, raw materials, and craftsmanship. “This is just the beginning of a long-term partnership to further elevate Swedish food and drink culture,” says Jon Hillgren, founder of Hernö Gin.

Orrefors x Björn Frantzén is a unique collaboration that blends world-class gastronomy with exceptional Scandinavian design. The Orrefors x Björn Frantzén glass collection features six distinct pieces used at Björn’s restaurants: three wine glasses, a champagne glass, a beer glass, and a water glass.
The collection is available in two versions: a machine-made option and a handmade edition—a complete glassware collection of the highest class, worthy of a three-star Michelin restaurant.

Frantzén & Cauble is the collaborative wine project between acclaimed chef Björn Frantzén and Master Sommelier Ian Cauble. The debut release from Björn Frantzén’s wine house, introduced in 2024, is a Côtes-du-Rhône crafted from 90% Grenache grapes.
