1 About Frantzén Group
The company is located in Stockholm. The company’s address is Tyska Brinken 32.
If you wish to contact us, send an email to customerservice@frantzengroup.se with your inquiry and your contact information, and we will be in touch with you shortly.

2 Order
Once you finalized your order, a confirmation is sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find information about the product(s), price, billing address and shipping address.

If anything in the confirmation is incorrect, you must contact us by sending an email to customerservice@frantzengroup.se immediately.

3 Delivery
Your order is packed and sent from Stockholm within 2 days from the day your order was placed. Our normal time for delivery is 3–4 working days within Europe, and 8 working days in the rest of the world. Order put on weekends will be shipped earliest on the following Monday.

If delays would occur (without hearing from us about delayed delivery), contact us on customerservice@frantzengroup.se.

4 Prices
All prices in the web shop are given in SEK (Swedish Krona) and all prices includes taxes 25% for gift cards, 6% for books).
We make reservations for price changes caused by price changes by suppliers, misprints on the website as well as changes due to incorrect information, and reserve our rights to change the prices.

5 Returns
When buying products from us you have a lawful right to change your mind within 14 days from the day you recieved your product(s).

5.1 Using your right to withdraw your order:
You have to announce your withdrawal. The message shall be sent to us at customerservice@frantzengroup.se. In your message, you have to clearly state your name, your address, your email address, your order number and which products you want to return.
You should immediately, within the 14 days after your message of withdraw, return the products to us.
The cost of shipping is paid by the customer. You are also responsible for the condtion of the products when returned, which has to be as it was when you received your product(s). Therefore, you should pack the product(s) well and preferably in the original packaging.
We reserve our right to deduct an amount corresponding the depreciation of the product(s) if it has been used or damaged.

5.2 Your right to withdraw is not valid if:
Producs that have been sealed for health- and/or hygiene reasons, where the sealing has been broken by you.

Cutsom made products, hat has a clear personal touch or has been altered for you specifically.

6 Returns and complaints
We will inspect all products before sending them to you. Should the product still be damaged or felexed when it arrives, we undertake to comply with the applicable consumer protection laws, free of charge. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been detected.

6.1 How to return your product(s)

Any errors and defects should always be advertised to customerservice@frantzengroup.se where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and description of the error. If we fail to fix the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We are responsible for return shipping at approved complaints. We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it appears that the product is not incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. 7. Limitation of Liability
We accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
We do not accept any liability for delays / errors due to circumstances outside the Company’s current (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or missing delivery from supplier.
Furthermore, no liability is taken for any changes to products / product features that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

8. Product information
We reserve ourselves for any printing errors on this site as well as the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the display, photo quality and resolution. We always try to expose the products as accurately as possible.

9 Information about Cookies
According to the Act on Electronic Information, visitors to a website for privacy purposes should be informed that cookies are used. The information in the cookie is possible to use to follow a user’s browsing. Cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer to provide access to various features. You can set your browser to automatically deny cookies. 10 Privacy Act
We protect your personal information and your personal integrity in accordance with the Personuppgiftslagen (1998: 204). We will not save your customer information other than completing your order. As a customer, you can always request corrections, extracts, and we remove your information from our registry.

11 Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the Terms will be published online on the site. The changed terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the site.

12 Disputes and legal choice
In the event that a dispute can not be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and customer, you can, as a customer, contact the General Complaints Board, see arn.se. For accommodation in a EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be made online via the EU Commission’s Dispute Settlement Platform, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
In case of dispute, we will follow a decision from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these General Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
